St Finbarrs Sports & Social Club are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to manage the bar operations of its Social Club. The Club offers both a sports and social environment, including sports bar and function room, play area and outdoor seating facilities, and has been based in Coventry for over 60 years. Experience and responsibilities include:

·         Proven track record delivering operational success within a similar bar operations environment.

·         Accountability to manage and deliver weekly stocks.

·         Experience of running social activities and event planning.

·         Customer focused across all aspects of the business.

·         Ability and experience in managing small teams (must be a team player).

·         Must hold a personal license.

·         Drive and ambition to assist in promoting the future growth and development of the Club (including social media marketing to promote in house events).
